Signing of the Deed of Sale and Purchase of Mandiri Inhealth Shares

On Wednesday, June 26 2024, the majority shares of PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth (Mandiri Inhealth) were taken over by PT Asuransi Jiwa IFG (IFG Life) which resulted in a change in the composition of share ownership in the company. The current share composition is PT Asuransi Jiwa IFG 80%, PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk becomes 20%.

The joining of Mandiri Inhealth in the IFG Holding structure and becoming an IFG Life Subsidiary Company is expected to further strengthen the sustainable growth of the company and the national health insurance industry.
